西安团建项目《麻将江湖》

麻将江湖是西安户外团建拓展的经典项目，项目借助民间麻将游戏，结合体验式培训的精髓，将麻将玩法与团队合作融合在一起，让参训者在体验的过程中感受团队协作，沟通，支持与领导力的重要性。

项目时间：2小时
项目人数：30-60人

项目操作：
1、将所有参训人员按照等分，分成7组，其中1-6组，围城一圈，第七组在圈正中心就座，组与组之间的距离在2米以上
2、教练将任务书法防到各组，根据事先分好的组别进行对应发放
3、主教练带领讲解规则与积分方式
4、发放麻将道具到每一组（打乱发放）
5、各组根据任务书要求进行挑战，同时遵守项目规则
6、教练组做好各组的任务审核与积分记录
项目点评：
主教练引导先有学员进行主动分享，后再补充，项目点评引导点  团队、协作、沟通、领导力等。
